Coming from a dance background I understand the importance of a fun and full body work out and will focus on teaching functional movement patterns to help reduce pain, gain strength and flexibility all while listening to some funky fresh beats. Most importantly I hope to give you a deeper understanding of your own mind-body connection so you can live a pain free and healthy life.
